You’ve got 2 super simple options for returning your order – return in-store or post it back to us – but it depends on where you bought it. 

Shopped in-store? Return in-store. 

Shopped online with card, PayPal or e-gift card? Return in-store or via post.   

Shopped online with Afterpay? Return via post. 

Shopped on marketplaces? Return by following the relevant vendor’s process. 

Returning in-store

Come into any Kathmandu store with your proof of purchase and the card you paid with (if you paid on card). 

Returning via post

Pack your order carefully and follow the returns procedure on your packing slip or download the Product Returns Form, fill it in and post to:

We’d suggest you get tracking on your return as we don’t take responsibility for things getting lost in the mail, and ask that you do not include your credit card details on the form. Please note you will need to cover the cost to return the item to us.

Please allow 14 days for us to process your return once it has been received by us. 

If you have sent an item back for a refund, you can check if this has been completed in the 'My Orders' section of My Account (if you've signed up for one).
