AU Shipping & Delivery Information

If you are signed in as an Out There Rewards member at the time of purchase, the following will apply:

• Members and Level 1: $5 delivery fee per order.
• Level 2 and Level 3 : Free standard delivery*.

If you are not signed in as an Out There Rewards member at the time of purchase, a flat rate of $12 is charged for all orders. You can sign up to Out There Rewards for free here.

*Additional charges for oversized products will apply to all customers, including Out There Rewards members, and are determined at checkout.

Express delivery:  a flat rate of $20 is charged for express delivery for all customers, including Out There Rewards members .

Orders made within 2 days of a public holiday or during sale periods may take a little longer to arrive (up to an additional 5 business days). Also allow an additional 2 business days for deliveries to rural areas.

Tracking is supplied by our delivery partner – you will receive an email with a link once  your order is dispatched, which will allow you to choose delivery options or to redirect to another address. 

By ordering via www.kathmandu.com.au you grant Kathmandu and our couriers the Authority To Leave (ATL) orders at the address provided, whether attended or not. You also release Kathmandu from all liability if an incorrect address is supplied or a parcel is stolen from your property after delivery.

We do not ship to domestic or international freight forwarders.
