What benefits will I receive as a Kathmandu Rewards member? 

As you progress through the levels, your rewards are combined— meaning you reap the benefits of the levels below in addition to the current level you’re in. The only exception is the birthday voucher — you’ll only receive the one based on the level you are at on the day of your birthday. 

Basically, the higher you climb, the more awesome perks you receive!  

What are member deals?

You’ll receive access to exclusive offers, deals, and points promotions — plus more. Kind of like being invited to a super cool, exclusive party. 

Do member deals apply to purchase of gift cards? 

Sorry, no discounts are given on the purchase of gift cards, e-gift cards, or eVouchers. 

When will I receive my annual reward voucher? 

Your annual reward voucher will be issued via email approximately 14 days after you’ve reached your new level. The voucher will have a six-month expiry from the date of issue.  

If you’ve achieved a multiple-level upgrade (holy smokes!!), we’ll issue you multiple vouchers via email at the same time.  

When will I receive my birthday voucher? 

Happy birthday to you! Your birthday voucher will be delivered on your special day, via email. 

Be sure to fill out your birth date in your Members’ Hub when you sign up. If you forget (or are feeling shy at the time) you can add it into your account later. Once you tell us, we won’t forget.  

Your birthday voucher will be issued electronically with a 30-day expiry. The amount will depend on your level status.  

When will I receive my surprise and delight gift?  

We are delighted to surprise you with a gift (see what we did there?). You’ll receive an email letting you know when your gift is available, which you must redeem in-store. Head to your nearest Kathmandu store and present your email voucher to collect your gift. You cannot redeem this gift online.  

This is a limited time offer, while stocks last, so we recommend you skip, jump, or cartwheel to your nearest store as soon as you receive your email. 

How do I redeem my voucher? 

You can redeem your vouchers in-store and online, but only in the country of issue. 

For in-store purchases, ask a team member to enter your membership details and see if you have any eligible vouchers available at the register. 

For online purchases, enter your voucher code under the ‘Add Gift Card or Discount Code’ during the ‘Your Bag’ or ‘Checkout’ step of the process. Be sure you’re logged in! 

A few rules:  

Vouchers can only be used once 

Your voucher code cannot be used to purchase gift cards or e-gift cards.  

You can use as many vouchers in one transaction as you like, but you’ll need to meet the minimum spend for each voucher, combined. For example, to use a birthday voucher with a minimum spend of $20 and an annual reward voucher with a minimum spend of $60, you’ll need to have a minimum spend of $80 on your transaction.  

Vouchers are like a beautiful summer’s day — fleeting. They have limited validity periods, which will be communicated to you when you receive them.  

Birthday vouchers are valid for 30 days from issue date. They include a minimum spend requirement, listed on the voucher, which varies based on your level.     

Member — $10 birthday voucher with a $20 minimum spend.  

Level 1 — $20 birthday voucher with a $20 minimum spend.  

Level 2 — $30 birthday voucher with a $30 minimum spend.  

Level 3 — $50 birthday voucher with a $50 minimum spend.  

Annual reward vouchers are valid for 6 months from issue date. They include a minimum spend requirement, listed on the voucher, which varies based on your level.    

Level 1 — $15 annual reward voucher with a $60 minimum spend.  

Level 2— $25 annual reward voucher with a $60 minimum spend.  

Level 3 — $60 annual reward voucher with a $60 minimum spend.  

When will I receive my AllTrails+ Membership?

You will receive a coupon code to redeem your free trial when you reach Level 1, 2 or 3. You can access this via your online account. 

You will only receive 1 coupon code within a 12-month period, so if you reach Level 1 and then move up to Level 2 within a 12-month period unfortunately you will not be issued another coupon code. 

Free trials must be redeemed by 30 June 2025.

How do I redeem my AllTrails+ Membership? 

• To redeem, members log in to their online account on the Kathmandu website and navigate to Dashboard > Rewards.

• Members can then click on the AllTrails+ reward and the redeem now button. This will click-through to the Out There Rewards x AllTrails landing page.

• Once on the landing page, members will need to: 
  • Create an AllTrails account or login to your existing account 
  • Add coupon code if it hasn’t already automatically applied  
  • Enter card details - don't worry members won't be charged yet. The AllTrails+ membership  will renew when the trial expires and the member will be charged for the renewal period, otherwise the member can update renewal settings on AllTrails, including cancelling the membership before it automatically renews.
