What is Out There Rewards? 

Out There Rewards is a points-based loyalty program that rewards you for getting out there and shopping with us.  

What does that mean? Aside from earning points when making purchases in-store or online, you can earn points by doing what you love in nature — camping, hiking, biking, listening to native birds in nature — by logging them in our Members’ Hub! You’ll also be able to earn points when you complete your profile or take surveys — basically being a part of our little club.  

Our new program also unlocks epic perks like vouchers, discounts, and more. 

Is Out There Rewards free?

It’s totally free to join. If you really want to give us something in return, we accept high fives.  

What happened to Summit Club?  

Summit Club is getting an upgrade! Not only did we give it a new name — Out There Rewards — but we added a whole bunch of cool new ways to earn points and rewards. Essentially, our loyalty program got a glow up and you get to reap all the benefits.  

If you've bought something as a Summit Club member in the last five years your membership will transferred to our new program, automatically. No need to re-sign up or move your account.  

Your Summit Club vouchers are still valid until their expiry date, so you’ve still got time to shop. 

Upgraded without having to lift a finger. Pretty cool, right? 

Who can join Out There Rewards? 

Any Australian and New Zealand resident at least 16 years of age can join the program. By enrolling and participating in Out There Rewards, you confirm that you meet these requirements.  

How do I join Out There Rewards? 

You can sign up either in-store and online with a valid email address. No purchase necessary to join.  

If you’d like to sign up online now, visit our Members’ Hub here. You can also register in-store via our QR code. Keep in mind that you’ll need to use the same email address to login online if you signed up in store. 

Is there a Out There Rewards membership card?   

Nope, we're going digital. Your Out There Rewards digital membership will be available in the Members’ Hub online. You can also file this away in your Apple / Google Wallet or Stocard.
